The proposed development at Sandford Park provides an exciting opportunity for a country park and play area that offers substantial green open space for residents to enjoy.

Landscaping will be in place along Essex Yeomanry Way where existing vegetation will be reinforced to aid a visual and noise barrier from the road.

The existing water body is proposed to be retained and enhanced as part of the proposals. There will be a clear focus on education with bird hides and pond dipping platforms as a resource for visiting school groups and general public.
