Welcome to the Hopkins Homes’ adopted Masterplan for Sandford Park, Great Baddow.

The site is allocated in Chelmsford’s adopted Local Plan, known as Strategic Growth Site 3a. The allocation includes new homes and a country park.

We have been working with the council and local stakeholders to prepare a Masterplan for the site. This will set a framework for how the site will be delivered in the future. It is separate from any future planning application.

Consultation on the submitted Masterplan took place over the summer of 2021 and has since been approved at both Chelmsford’s Policy Board and Cabinet. This means that the Masterplan is now adopted.

You can View the proposals or Comment on the plans.
